Welcome to the House of Flakes website!
House of Flakes are the perfect choice for catering and hospitality businesses that want to provide customers and employees with a different breakfast and brunch experience.
The flakes are a premium product, made from the best raw materials, healthy, full of flavor and looks wonderful.
Browsing and using the site constitutes full agreement to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

General - Who are we?
The site is operated by House of Flakes Ltd. (hereinafter: "the Company").
The regulations are written in the masculine form for convenience, but are intended for all genders.

What can you do on the site?
On the site you can purchase freshly baked breakfast cereals for home delivery.
The images on the site are for illustrative purposes only - there may be differences between the image and the actual product.
The sale is subject to existing inventory.

How do you order and pay?
Purchases are made by credit card only.
You can order from the age of 18 and up.
The order will only be confirmed after receiving approval from the credit card company.
Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Shipping and delivery
Deliveries arrive at home via courier.
Delivery times:
From the Gedera area to Hadera: up to 5 business days
Outside this area: up to 7 business days
Delays beyond our control (strikes, closures, war, force majeure, etc.) are not our responsibility.
The responsibility for providing the correct address and shipping details lies solely with the customer.

Product use and warranty
The products are sold as is. (As-Is)
There is no liability for damage caused by improper use of the product or contrary to the instructions on the packaging.
The products are intended for personal use only, not for resale without the company's permission.

Privacy and information security
When ordering, you will be asked to provide personal information (name, address, telephone number, email, payment method).
We store the information in a secure database and use it for product delivery, customer service, and updates.
The information will not be transferred to a third party unless it is required to fulfill the order (such as a courier company) or if required by law.

Cancellations and refunds
An order can be canceled up to 12 hours from the date it was placed, provided that preparation has not yet begun.
In the event of a damaged product - please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
A refund will be made in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and by the same means of payment, minus cancellation fees as stipulated by law.

Applicability of the regulations
The company reserves the right to change these regulations and the terms of engagement.
Any change will apply immediately from the date of the change in the regulations.
Contracts made before the change in the regulations will be executed in accordance with the terms of the regulations that existed at the time of the contract.

Law and jurisdiction
The regulations and use of the site are subject to the laws of the State of Israel.
Any dispute will be heard in the competent court in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
